Cancellation Reduction & No Show:
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge 48 hours prior to arrival date.
Cancellations or reduction after this time and ‘no shows’ will be charged the
equivalent of one (1) night’s room rate. Verbal cancellations are not
acceptable – emails should be duly sent to the Reservations Office.
